Only one promotional or affiliate code can be used per order. Some special offers may be combined if so posted as part of the original promotion.

Promotions will not be retroactively applied to orders that were placed before a promotion begins or after a promotion ends.

LMS Metal Detecting is not liable for possible misprints and/or customer misunderstanding of any given promotion. Promotions and coupon codes cannot be applied to pre-order items.

Giveaways

Promotional items given away in contests are shipped free with all taxes paid by LMS Metal Detecting. Free shipping to the contiguous 48 States. Some exclusions may apply.

Giveaway items cannot be exchanged for cash, gift certificates, or other items at any time.

Winners are chosen randomly on posted dates and notified one time by email to claim items being given away. If a winner has not claimed the item within 48 hours from notification that person is no longer eligible, and the 2nd runner-up will be notified with the same conditions. This process will continue until the item has been claimed and given away.
