30 Day Hassle-Free Return Policy
LMS Metal Detecting is proud to offer our customers a 30 day hassle-free return policy to ensure that our customers are 100% satisfied.
Damages and issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and promptly make it right.
30-Day Hassle-Free Return Requirements:
Most hobby metal detectors and accessories are eligible for a refund within 30 days of purchase.*
All products must be returned in the original packaging with all manufacturer accessories and promotional items.
You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a RO# will not be accepted.
Your return will be subject to a 20% restocking fee if the product has been opened or used.
You will be responsible for all shipping charges.
Once we receive your return, please allow 7 to 10 business days for your return to be processed.
*Excludes all professional detectors including, but not limited to, Minelab GPZ 7000 & all GPX Models, Nokta Professional Units and Garrett Axiom & all ATX Models. Returns cannot be accepted on used/demo inventory.
Defective Returns:
If you believe you have a defective item, please contact Customer Service within seven days of receipt for a replacement and a shipping label. After seven days, you must return the defective merchandise to the manufacturer for replacement or repair.
Please contact Customer Service either by email or call (843) 457-2795 to process a return.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Exchanges:
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds:
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
