Will any Bluetooth headphones work with this detector?
No, the Axiom does not use Bluetooth wireless technology. Please see the compatible MS-3 Z-Lynk wireless headphones that will work with the Axiom or LITE model. NOTE: The full Axiom package does include MS-3 wireless headphones, and the LITE model/package does not.
Is the backlight stay on all of the time, or can it be turned off to save battery life?
