Hi everyone, Mike here with a short Minelab Pro-Find tutorial.
As many of already know metal detecting pinpointers help you to accurately locate targets inside a small hole or crevice where a metal detector coil cannot fit. This results in smaller holes, less environmental disruption, and faster target recovery time. I’m not going to cover all the available types here today, we’re just taking a quick look at the main key differences in the Pro-find series.
I have learned over time due to online sales that many folks don’t really know (or remember) the different features the Pro-Find 15, 20, and 35 offer. Surprisingly some people using the Pro-Find 35 did not realize it has a ferrous and non-ferrous target ID system. While these VLF detectors do seem like a turn on and go unit sometimes the instruction manuals were simply overlooked and/or a sales associate forgot to mention some of the features.
Here is a quick comparison chart for reference, please note that not all features are listed.

Well Dang, I really thought my PF35 had three sensitivity levels not five! 🙂 Now I’m wondering where it’s set at… I just turn it on and use it not playing with the settings very often at all.
